Using TVB vs the frame buffer


Original dissectors accessed the packet/frame buffer
Too many coders did not check that chars were available
Many crashes due to poor code
Testy Virtializable Buffers introduced
Protect Ethereal from bad coding
However, few dissectors converted to using TVB
